Very long wait time (nearly 2 hours) and the doc never could get the audio to work and ended up calling on the phone. However, she was super nice and helpful. She sent me for an xray at the local clinic. I was able to get in and out for that in about 15 minutes. It was much better to be at home than waiting in a clinic. It was an overall good experience.

We did telemedicine from the clinic because the walk in clinic’s NP was out due to last minute emergency. Other than a delay (the telemed team thought someone had already called us so we had about a 30 minute delay), everything went well. The staff was very helpful and supportive at both our clinic and on the phone.

How much is a Sherwood Urgent Care Telemedicine visit?
Self-Pay: $70 (Credit Card or Debit card accepted; to be paid prior to the video visit)
Insurance: If you have commercial insurance, we will verify insurance information and collect $70 toward the patient's responsibility prior to visit. We will file the claim with the patient’s insurance company.
For patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE, we will verify eligibility based on the insurance information supplied and file a claim on your behalf.
