Rude and unhelpful staff. Always a train wreck when we go. Today we arrived a couple of minutes late to a COVID test appointment (went to wrong King Soopers) and they refused to see us. This place is the absolute worst and seemingly go out of their way to make things as difficult as possible at all times. Especially during times like these, the community could really use a clinic that cares.

I tried to get a simple UTI treated here. SLOW response even when no other customers around. F 1st doctor prescribed me a medication other than what I told her I knew I wasn't allergic to. She refused to give me what I know I can take. Sure enough, next day had to go back because the meds she prescribed made me sicker than UTI. 2nd doctor said she'd prescribe what I told her I've had before with no problems. Then she did same thing, prescribed meds I couldn't take. Useless prescriptions! When trying to pay your bill? Good luck! Won't take payment over the phone or in person won't tell me my account# and them sends collections after you. STAY AWAY FROM THE LITTLE CLINIC. SECOND RATE "DOCTORS" AND STAFF!!!
