The Little Clinic at Kroger is a retail clinic in Cincinnati but unfortunately we don't currently know the hours in which the clinic is open. They are located at 7580 Beechmont Ave. Of course it's always best to call in advance to confirm hours of operation before walking in.
Retail clinics offer a wide range of services overlapping considerably with those of a traditional walk-in urgent care center. That said, they are usually staffed by a Practitioner (NP) rather than a medical doctor and generally do not have an on-site x-ray or lab services, which will prevent them from seeing patients with more advanced injuries and illnesses.
The Little Clinic at Kroger has received an average rating of1 stars out of 5 across more than 1 total reviews.

I called this location to make an appt for COVID testing for myself and my husband. The woman at the clinic told me to not come inside but to pull up to the designated sign , call the number on the sign and they would come out to the car to do the test. Upon arrival could not find sign or clinic parking spot. Asked 3 Kroger employees outside. No one knew. Last person said there is none and to go inside. We did and the NP was somewhat rude. Had the test done — in all it took about 45 min that included the wait — I told her that I had called my insurance co Aetna and was told the tests were covered 100% — she took a while to completed all the paperwork. However when I checked into my portal for results noticed that she filed the claim under Humana. The card I gave her as did my husband was clearly marked Aetna in large print. I called the number on sheet and woman there said she’d refile. That remains to be seen — the worst service ever. In addition to this experience , my son went there a month ago for a “free” flu shot. They charged him $200. He’s still trying to straighten that out. A flu shot only costs $40 if you have no insurance. So how does a person who HAS insurance get charged $200? That place is ridiculous and I will never return.
