The Little Clinic at Kroger is a retail clinic in White House but unfortunately we don't currently know the hours in which the clinic is open. They are located at 510 TN-76. Of course it's always best to call in advance to confirm hours of operation before walking in.
Retail clinics offer a wide range of services overlapping considerably with those of a traditional walk-in urgent care center. That said, they are usually staffed by a Practitioner (NP) rather than a medical doctor and generally do not have an on-site x-ray or lab services, which will prevent them from seeing patients with more advanced injuries and illnesses.
The Little Clinic at Kroger has received an average rating of2.3 stars out of 5 across more than 3 total reviews.

I have been to this clinic too many times to recall with my family. They have wonderful bedside manner. Every time I go, I am satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment plan. They can get busy, so wait times are sometimes long but they do they best they can and give every patient the time they deserve.

I think the PA or NP was very new. He was having to ask the AM what antibiotic he should put me on as well as when I should be nervous about my fever... it has been 102.7 for like 36 hours and will not come down with Tylenol or Motrin. Also when they tested my urine they read it in like 15 sec. I am a nurse and I have actually taught MAs so I am very familiar with their scope of practice. The UA should not be read for al least 120 sec. and I actually had to request that they run one (I have a history of pylonephritis). The provider put me on two antibiotics that the Pharm said I only needed 1 (one of the anitiobiotics covered all the things they said I had). I might as well have diagnosed myself 😡

We only go here when our primary's aren't open. I called yesterday to see if I needed an appointment to get a flu shot for my son or if we can just walk in. The lady on the phone said you can walk in. So I take my son to the clinic and they asked if we had an appointment. I said no, I called to ask about needing one for a flu shot. She said she wasn't sure they could fit us in. Needless to say we ended up with an appointment for tonight. I take my son up there for his now appointment. We are trying to check in and then Tina proceeds to tell me that I have a balance from 2012 and she won't be able to see him until I pay it. I asked what it's for and she is unable to tell me. She asked if the address on my license is the correct one and I said yes. The address was different in the system, so she said that's probably why I never got a bill. We have been to this location a handful of times since we lived at the previous address and were never turned away. Highly disappointed and we won't be back!!! How can you ask someone to pay a 7 year old bill that you don't even know what it's for? If we owe it that's fine, but tell me why.
