They only had 1 doctor working today (was told the other was out sick) the day before a holiday. There was a lot of people there to be seen, the wait was long but I was willing to wait to find out why I was sick

I walked in today instead of scheduling and everyone is sick this time of year so I waited 3 hours, but that’s not really something that can be controlled (and next time I will make an appointment). The staff here is superb, from the front desk to the assistants, nurses, PA’s and doctors; organized, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The facility is kept clean. Great service every time, highly recommend!

I was very appreciative of the entire process these folks have going here. I walked in without an appt because I didn’t know one was needed; and it wasn’t needed, so, I promptly checked in. I have been treated there before, so my demographics were brought forward at check in which saved some registration time. The nurse practitioner was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Who can ask for more? If the need arises, I will feel confident going there again for treatment.

The whole experience was excellent. I’m not very good with computers but the checkin staff was helpful clearly explaining. Nurses were efficient and competent from initial BP check to the shot I had to get at the end of the appt. The PA, Steven, whom I’ve had before, is very competent. He listens and acts accordingly. I highly recommend AFC on North Campbell Station Rd.
