I came in with a head wound from passing out and they got me in immediately! They were thorough and checked out everything. I felt like it was VIP service. Everyone had pleasant personalities and make the incident less stressful.

This is truly an Urgent Care. Others call themselves by that ID, when they are in actuality an "Oh darn, it's after 5 and I forgot to call my Doctor", but that's too long for the sign.

No waiting, excellent staff and accurate examination. A short wait for the results and appropriate treatment. Far better than a Physician office visit, X-rays and MRI on site with immediate evaluation. Prefer using Urgent Care when needed

I’ve said it before Dr. Bruckel’s urgent care offices are the best in St. Louis. NO others compare. Don’t go elsewhere!

I chose this location because they stay open longer than other locations. Arrived at 8:30 pm, there was no waiting, the service was prompt, they did an exam, a blood test and a CT scan, the results were ready within 30 min. I was discharged at 10:15 pm. They gave me printed copies of the blood test results, a CT scan report, and a CD with the scan. All this within less than 2 hours and no appt was needed! The staff was very friendly and professional, everything was done in a very organized way, with almost no time between procedures. They even have a TV in the exam room!

I truly appreciate the wonderful care and thorough examination and testing that I received at the Manchester and Florissant Urgent Care centers. The staff are professional, friendly, caring, and showed concern about my medical issue. I really liked the time they took to explain the test results. Everyone was wonderful.

The Total Access Urgent Care at 9556 Manchester Rd is an amazing, full-service facility (this includes pharmacy, x-rays, CTs). It's staffed with lots of friendly, caring, knowledgeable professionals and has the longest open hours of any urgent care center I am aware of. I highly recommend it.
