They understand having no insurance. Very easy to get an appointment and cost is reasonable. I actually like them a lot.

My wife & I arranged to have our Immigration Medicals here and wished we hadn't!! The Doctor and medical staff are great but the secretary/administrator is rude and inefficient. She does not know her job and gave me incorrect advice which cost us an extra $200. I wrote to Dr Samadi giving him the opportunity to answer my questions but have not had the courtesy of a reply so I am posting this negative review. Do NOT believe a word the receptionist tells you without getting it confirmed by one of the medical staff, preferably Dr Samadi himself. The receptionist/administrator intimated that my wife and I were stupid and had not listened to what the doctor to told us when in fact it was HER who did not know her job properly and cost us the extra $200.Unfortunately Dr Samadi has not apologized to us personally (he asked one of his medical staff to do it for him) and we are still $200 out of pocket. The medical care is very good and efficient but badly let down by very poor, rude and inefficient clerical staff.

I have been attending this clinic since Jan 2020. My first visit I asked about copays and was told I have a $20 copay for a normal visit. The wait time was around an hour every time I visit and I would be charged $20 at the end of my visit - pretty standard. In March I received a bill for $5 and I called to ask why I had a invoice if I’ve been paying my copay every time? The lady agreed and said she would take care of it - super nice. In April I got a invoice of over $125 and when I was told they’ve been collecting 20 out of 35 of my copay. The clinic codes everything as urgent care and my normal copay is $20 but it’s $35 for urgent care and now I owe $125 dollar. I told her about the first girl who helped me and she said there were no notes in the file and I owe $125. The dishonesty and disservice of this place is sickening. The only time I would go here I would have a 5 minute check up with the doctor and now I’m paying an additional $125 because they can’t inform me or collect the correct copay and decided to code it as urgent and make some more money.
