Cannot praise this facility and team highly enough. From A to Z, from my very first contact to the reception and the health professionals who saw me: Competent, kind, respectful, professional. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Will definitely highly recommend.

Took my 90 yr. old mom in for an injured knee resulting from a fall. Samantha, the PA, was very thorough, kind and informative. I was very impressed with the staff and especially the PA. Wait times are a toss-up, depending on how many people happen to be there ahead of you. I felt they were efficient and got us to an exam room in a timely manner. Thanks so much!!

I was very happy with my visit to this facility. It was new, clean and comfy with snacks and drinks available in the lobby.I was seen right away and Casie was friendly and took me to the exam room. Jennifer was the nurse practitioner and she quickly examined me based on my symptoms and diagnosed me with a bilateral ear infection. While I sat in the room she called my drug store and ordered my prescription. She also wrote down the name of 2 OTC medicine I should use in conjunction. She was pleasant and professional. I was in and out quickly and went on my way. I will return there if I have another urgent care need. Totally great experience. Sue Chabot, Troy

Website hours listed open at 8:30am, Sign on door said Saturday open 8:30am. Large neon sign says OPEN, but they do not open until 9am. Had to wait in car. They call me at 8:47 and ask me to come back at 9:30 as they need to "check my insurance" (Medicare/HAP) Did not know what to charge for co-pay, suggested $90. I said I don't think its that much, so they charged $35. NP Jaclyn Cominotto has terrible bedside manners, scolded me when I was describing my symptoms. I was the 1st patient, and when I gave a sample in bathroom, I noticed the floor has clumps of black hair. Took pictures if you are interested. Would Never, Never, Never go back to this clinic.

I called 3 times when I arrived for my covid test. Nobody answered until 3rd call. Once I finally got through, I was hung up on. Then I was called by the Urgent Care and given instructions on where to drive. I was swabbed, and told to pull over to wait for my rapid covid test results, which I was promised about 15 minutes after my test. After waiting for 40 minutes, I called again. I called nine times, finally got an answer, asked about my results, was told the receptionist had to talk to the physician. She put me on hold then hung up. I tried to call again, no answer. They called me back, and told me to come in to receive my results, even though they were supposed to be delivered to my car. So, I went in and 2/3 women sitting behind the desk were not wearing masks. IN AN URGENT CARE CLINIC AND COVID TESTING SITE. They did not attempt to put masks on as they interacted with me to give me my results. Horrible service and unsafe HEALTHCARE professionals not wearing masks.
