My PCP wasn't able to get me in quickly enough so I made a same day appt with CityDoc with just a few hours notice. I was seen within 5 minutes of arriving and was on my way about 10-15 minutes after my appointment started. Great experience and glad they could help.

Amazing and thorough service from nurse practitioner. She went above and beyond to assess my continuous congestion and cough and suggested I see an ENT. I’ve just scheduled that appointment.

The provider was great Ms. Loudermilk NP and staff was absolutely great.

I was able to easily schedule an appointment and be seen. I had the option of a tele-health appointment but I really wanted a medical professional to check my symptoms. It was wonderful to be taken care of and listened to, not rushed through a televise. The PA, nurse and check in staff listened to me and helped me get the care that I needed. They also did it with a smile, and that is the best medicine!

My daughter was there for flu like symptoms on Easter. The nurse practitioner that day was extremely rough with my daughter to where she was screaming. Didn’t even test her for anything said it was some virus. Found out today it was the flu. Thanks

I checked in when I got to the urgent care, though I have done self check in before and it was a breeze. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. The person at the front desk is great and checks you in quickly. The nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to listen. I highly recommend this facility.

Hurt my finger and needed stitches. Everyone was super friendly and help full. The doctor is an angel, she's very nice and explain everything clearly. Hope I didn't ever get injured again but if I do I know where I'm gonna go to take care of it. 10/10

Doctor and staff are very professional and nice.

Was able to book appointment the same morning. Staff is always friendly and the facility is nice and clean. After explaining my symptoms they ran the appropriate test and confirmed my suspicion of what I had. They got my prescription called in right away. This is a great place! Highly recommend

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

The doctor was nice. The front desk lady was very efficient. The nurse wasn’t very sociable but professional and hoped that I feel better. Only issue is that I wished the appointment time was different than the actual time I was called back. It was probably a 25-30 delay.
