I was able to easily schedule an appointment and be seen. I had the option of a tele-health appointment but I really wanted a medical professional to check my symptoms. It was wonderful to be taken care of and listened to, not rushed through a televise. The PA, nurse and check in staff listened to me and helped me get the care that I needed. They also did it with a smile, and that is the best medicine!

The staff was so friendly and caring. I drove a bit further to get here and avoid the huge wait at our other urgent care, and it was WELL worth the drive. They had him feeling better quick.

The staff was amazing all the way around! Had issues with my insurance and the front desk lady called and got it squared up for me. Both of the people working on my thumb stitches were fantastic and made me feel right at home🤍.

Shayla is great. I always call before going. There is only 2 that are attentive, informative, caring and great bedside manners, and she is one of them! Yes I recommend her!

After my unfruitful visit to RapidMed the previous day, I could not sleep due to a significant worsening of my severely swollen and painfully hot throat. The practioner that I saw on Sunday was a thorough, kind, patient and great listener. Staff was very efficient and considerate.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

I had symptoms of pink eye which I had not experienced before. I tried scheduling an appointment on Friday, late afternoon. I talked to office staff and was told all appointment times were booked but I could be seen as a walk in patient. Which I should have done, in hindsight   My appointment for the next day was not until 9:45. By the time I arrived I was in a lot of discomfort. My eyes and all the way down my cheeks became swollen and red. I got a shot, and eye drops, which gave me some relief. Here Sunday,  morning I still have red eyes a cheeks. But, less swelling and tearing so far. I was told if not better by Monday go to my eye doctor. The staff were very patient and caring.
