If you are a person of color, it’s a no! The nurse was very nice! She was attentive and kind. The doctor, not so much!! She left me in the room for 35 mins. She knew I was in there because she came in, I said “hi”, and she looked at me and said, “ I’m in the wrong room” and walked out! No hi/hello, I’ll be back, nothing and then Proceeds to leave me in the room for 35 min.  I had to walk out and ask, “did yall forget about me?”. The doctor came to my room and spent less than 10 minutes with me. I had to ask for my test results on the way out because the doctor didn’t mention it at all. Her attitude was very off putting…like I was bothering her. I will never go there again and I do not recommend!

I was feeling awful. The receptionist was my first encounter.. Absolutely proficient and caring. The Nurse was my next encounter, she was outstanding!! Ensured I was comfortable and provided water as I was coughing so much. The provider actually carefully listened to what i said. Not just in a hurry and brushing me off. She took the time to explain test results and plan of care going forward.. This was my second visit here.. Love it!

I am an urgent care/family med nurse. I understand waits and how things can back up. With all the being said I’ll never come back again. I was told when we got in the room there were two pts in front of my kid. We were waiting 40 minutes past our scheduled “appointment” time before we even got to the room. I was annoyed but it was okay because again I get it. 40 minutes later after the 2 pt notification we were told there was one more pt in front of us. How do you spend 40 minutes with one pt in an urgent care setting?  Additionally the collection of my kids swabs was crazy- carrying them out of the room out in the open in the tech’s hands with no identifiers or anything. The NP never asked me any questions beyond what pharmacy we wanted. She got a run down from the tech I’m sure but it’s just nice after waiting so long to have more than 3-5 mins with the practitioner. In the end we got antibiotics and I suppose that’s something but this was such a weird visit. Also the facility is pretty run down.
