Megan is extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. My daughter has been sick on and off for a month and I’m trying to get answers to understand my daughter’s test results and she told me she had patients that she needed to see and I could call the front desk for help. I reminded her that my daughter was also a patient and hung up. I will never return to this location.

Excellent experience, excellent staff and service!

Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. The doctors truly hear my concerns and treat my son with compassion. It is so rare to find good doctors that care about you. Thank you to the front desk, the nurse and doctor we saw today. Great place to go for the quick fix.

Always quick scheduling. Only few minutes wait .  Very nice facility with friendly staff. Medical professional was extremely knowledgeable and attentive . She was very thorough in explanation . Would like her to be my go to for everything medical! Fantastic  I would definitely recommend provider.

I'm always pleased with the quality of service & care. I've been there several times as well as my kiddos. Staff was great !!!

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

Check in was painful! You have to get a link on your phone, then complete the forms. They kept sending the link to the wrong phone number. Then it won’t let you go to the next screen until you’ve completed information that they already have in their system which I verified with her. I’ll go back to paper next time.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
