Recent patient review

I went in to restart my diabetes medications. I had previously been on a regimen that worked very well, but the NP didn't pay attention to that and put me on a lesser regimen. When it didn't work, I called the the office to have one of the medications changed to what I had previously taken. I was told that the only way to do that was to pay for another appointment. I didn't want to do that, so I went to the office in person to see if the NP would change it so that I had time to adjust before my follow up to do more bloodwork. The receptionist was very rude and told me that she couldn't help me at that time and that I would have to sit and wait for the other 7 people in the waiting room to be seen by the NP before I could be helped. I was there shopping with my husband and didn't have time to wait. I have cancelled my follow up appointment and decided to go elsewhere. Also, at the original appointment, I told them I only had $100 to spend. When I went up to check out, I was told it was more than that. I again told them I only had $100. I was told the balance could be billed and I paid the $100 with my bank card. After leaving, I got a call saying my payment hadn't gone through and that I needed to return. I pulled over and checked my bank account only to find out that the payment had in fact gone through. This clinic is very sneaky and tried to get me for another $100. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

Eye Exam: Helpful Eye Exam Reviews

"Was seen for an eye injury. In and out quickly after an eye exam with drops and lights to determine that yes the eye ball is scratched. Sent a Rx and I was on my way. Thank you so much!"

"The wait time was not bad at all. This location has been our go to in the last several years. It is clean, and front desk tries to move you through quick as possible. The aide that took the vitals today seemed snippy. Everyone has bad days so WE ignored it. Overall we had a good experience. I will say the general eye exam is not given properly. They have the chart twice the distance away from patient that it should be. I have 20/20 vision & even I couldn't make out the letters from that ridiculous distance. Other than that, it was an affordable & fairly quick trip in for an annual physical."
