Great Experience!! Excellent Care!!!

There is not a doctor on staff, but rather a nurse-practitioner. She lied to me about the effects of a certain drug. Since I am a medical researcher she was thoroughly angered that I knew more about the drug than she did. Most patients would not have realized she was lying. Even after I explained my familiarity with the subject, along with a book I have written on the subject, along with my other medical credentials, she refused to admit she was wrong and correct her diagnosis. Frankly I wouldn't return to this place if my life depended on it. Let me also point out she was falsely listed on a prescription as being a doctor.

Please hire adults and not children with attitudes. Tucker and Martha, loser you need the attitudes. You want to be a smart-ass and tell people that the signs on the door just to make the doors look pretty. You need to grow the hell up little boy. Please fix your front end staff for they do not know how to be professional and whatsoever.

We waited 45 mins outside the clinic, after phoning twice to tell them we were there. We got a recorded message that they were on the line w/other patients, but we saw them walking around inside the building. We left w/o any care at all.

The staff, both the "paramedic" and the provider( she did not identify her self) lacked assessment and listening skills. The psedointellectual authoritarian attitude exhibited by both parties was repugnant. I have been to this UC before but will not return.

I brought my dad in for some issues with his back and neck and the staff was super rude and unwilling to listen to what he was saying. They descided to give him a shot for the pain. Afterwards he asked id he could lay down for a minute and the nurse responded with no it is time for us to go home so you need to go. He struggled to get up but eventually did and I helped him get to our car. Afterwards I returned in to get some paperwork and the three staff members asked where my dad went. I told them he was in the car because he was in a lot of pain to which they responded with "oh good he left" and "we are ok with that it is time to go home". I work in the medical field myself and I was completly astonished because this is not AT ALL how you are supposed to care for people just because you want to go home. I have used Ultimed before and they were great, so I was truly dissappointed and will not be returning with any of my family members any time soon.
