Arrived with less than 15 minutes to closing. Was highly apologetic and not once did they ( leslie or Doug) make me feel worse for coming in so late Service was professional and quick, but not rushed. Hands down, one of the best places gor medical care.

Brought my 85 year old grandmother to Choiceone urgent Care this morning. We saw Leslie McJilton. She handled my grandmother with gentle kindness she deserved. She was patient and very comforting. Our MA was Brianna and she too was lovely. Maureen the xray tech was patient and helpful. It was a very nice visit and we will be back for all of our urgent care needs!

This week I had to bring my mother in and the center was clean. The problem I had was with Doug he was very rude and condescending. I would not recommend this facto anyone

I came in recently with my mom and I was very disappointed with Doug he was very condescending and rude. The center itself was very clean but due to unprofessional behavior I would never recommend anyone to come there.
