The service I received was great however their billing practices are unethical. During my initial visit I received global services which included a visit and multiple test which was billed as global services and a fee of $174.75. I returned in 3 days for a follow-up visit and was initially charged $59.00 for an established follow-up visit. Once l gave my insurance info I was charged 174.75 for global services which was not received. Why would a patient be charged the same fee for different level of services. Why would it be appropriate to bill the insurance for the amount you want to receive and not for the service received. Please be aware of services received and what is being charged by this facility. They don't correct their billing errors because of greed and they just charge more fees and send you to a collection agency. I believe in paying for services received but will not pay for services not received due to unethical practices!
