Staff in waiting area was incredibly rude and unprofessional when responding to question about check-in process. When number was called to be checked in, staff continued to be rude and unprofessional saying “you know what time is” rather than asking why we needed to be seen.

Horrible wait time (2 hours to get into exam room) - dead bug (looks like a cockroach) in the exam room. Gal updating med records was apologetic and very sweet. CRNP was excellent. I would not have stayed except they collect fee upfront.
