Went into this UrgentCare on Rockaway Tpke in Cedarhurst sometime in March of 2021 with some swollen lymph nodes because I wanted to be certain I didnt have COVID and that I was healthy to be at work with my clients. Doctor saw me for 3 minutes, didnt give a covid test or even a Z pac. Two weeks later I received a bill for $350, with $200 being paid by my insurance and the other $150 owed. FOR 3 MINUTES OF THEIR TIME. I would not go to this urgent care under any circumstances. They wont be helpful and they will rob you blind.

Receptionist at the Cedarhurst either never picks up the phone so you are unable to make an appointment or she literally hangs up on you as soon as she picks up. I have been trying to call so many times over the course of a few weeks to ask a question. Imagine if you are trying to get your lab results? She should be fired and find another job if she can’t do the minimal required of her. Go to CityMD much more professional.
