If you’re a veteran, don’t waste your time going here; even if the VA suggests it. All of the staff wasn’t rude, but wasnt the most welcoming. Left voicemails and never got calls back. Strange place. Wont be going back, i dont care if my ear is falling off.

The staff at this urgent care are unbelievably rude and lazy. Literally turned away 3x because they claim not to be in network and then when I pulled up the government site listing them in network they switch excuses to not knowing how to enter insurance information into the computer, then the whole time completely aggressive and disrespectful despite me being cordial and seeking out the information they said they needed only to be denied at the next step. I had my insurance info, policy number, name, social, ID etc and these people are just yelling in my face that I don’t know what I’m talking about and they are the most senior people in the building (the receptionist) and no one knows more than they do. Tell me why the urgent care on Harrison pulled up everything in 10 minutes without one call by me (and no uneducated unskilled disrespectful employees!)? I guess the Harrison location got all the good talent in the area. I hope they get fired because they do not belong anywhere in healthcare or customer service. I’m this appalled by the staff and I usually go to Nola VA or UMC so that’s really saying something. Steer clear of this place till they fire the whole reception staff but especially it’s famed most senior member. I never got to see the Dr or receive care so I can’t judge those aspects but don’t risk it if they hire people like this the Drs have extremely low standards for their facilities.

I went in to take a post accident drug test , two of the workers took my urine and closed the door, the guy told me I was good to go. I never saw them seal my urine or anything, results came back inaccurate as if I was a drug user. I was required to take another test at a different facility and all my results came back negative.
