Absolute worst experience, poor communication skills on behalf of the provider, before assessment started recommending treatments, upon assessment and listening to breath sounds never conveyed what they sounded like, and just continued stating it’s a virus. Ask if I want her tested for anything, and I ask do you recommend testing and response was well mom that is up to you. I am a RN and if I had known what I did when I arrived I would not have came and would have assessed my child at my own home. Seriously beyond disappointed bc this has been the #1 place I recommend as a nurse to friends and anyone due to the care and attention and specialization in children. The assessment skills, talking to the child as a person and not just the parent was great. This was so disappointing.
