This was my first so-so experience here. Showed up at opening time, 9:00 am only to find that the staff hadn’t arrived and was told that I couldn’t wait in the lobby with my 3 children. Back to the car. Staff finally arrived at 9:05, but then check in was majorly disorganized even though we were the first ones there. I would expect professional staff to be ready to start at Opening time, not 5 or 15 mintutes after. Never had a negative experience here before this one.

The fact that your technicians do not where gloves when they examine a child especially when doing a strep test is very disturbing. This is standard in the medical field and very appalling that this isn’t being implemented
