I had to bring my GSD in after he really hurt his paw and was limping badly. I wasn’t able to get through to his actual vet. Urgent Pet Care not only got him in right away/ they got him in early. The staff is amazing, from the woman at the front desk, to the vet assistant to the veterinarian herself. My boy is feeling so much better and I saw glimpses of his old self after treatment. It’s hard to trust others with your baby, but everyone here took such great care of him and I couldn’t be happier.

Impressed is an understatement! When you think of an Urgent Care facility…you think of long waits, dirty rooms and rude staff…That is not the case at Urgent Care of Papillion. I want to say “Thank you to the entire staff for the excellent care!” Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in, each staff member presented themselves in a positive and professional manner. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting room and examination rooms. You all did a thorough job, and although I felt lousy at the time, it was apparent you all worked well together. A special thanks to the Dr. Crane for taking extra time to methodically and accurately diagnose the problem.

Overall, decent office experience. However, they didn’t have the equipment to perform a specific lab test (that other urgent cares have done in the past) and they had to send it out, even though I was already given the antibiotic for another issue as well. They shipped it clear across Nebraska and it cost MUCH more than the actual physician visit/labs from the clinic. Never had a lab test cost anywhere near this amount.

Would rate zero if possible! Not a urgent care according to billing Dept. They will bill insurance as dr visit so have to pay toward deductible instead of ins covering a urgent care visit. Billing office Gail said it’s urgent care in name only. But not for billing
