I called Expecare Family Care Urgent Cared of Texas since November of 2019. After I placed a review on the clinic and staff, I received a call from the coordinator Mena and from Dr Saeed, MD. The owner and one of the doctors there that treated. After Dr. Saeed, MD. Verbally abused me along with his staff he says he had an epiphany and decided to correct the mistakes made while treating me. They tried to coverup the horrible events, treatment and steps taken which were incorrect diagnosis, medication, and refers and racial discrimination which I received while being treated there. I was told many times that the case was closed and refused to see me though I had state insurance coverage. Things related the previous visit. All for money but never to treat the patient.
After making the correct poorly, they ask me to remove the review. I received referral to physicians which did not accept my insurance. I have been trying since November to get this correct. They would not answer (caller id), not relay messages, not answer emails. I learn that is was because of the high turnover in staff. No one would stay. I also learned that Dr. Saeed, MD instructed his staff to refuse all calls from me. This was told to me by the new referral coordinator Kathy. She stated that they no longer accept state insurance and that they deliberately refused my calls and responses. Every time I would ask for the manager of the clinic or owner Dr Saeed, MD to return my calls the same rude staff would refuse the message or say that he did not want to talk with me. I have been attempting to get the referral corrected consistently for three weeks now. I tried calling Thursday February 6, 2020 ask to leave a message for the doctor the front desk female hung up on me numerous times. I called Friday February 7, 2020 it was the same rudeness, though I asked for a name and the female told me “it was none of my business” and continued to hang up. I received a call back from Kathy who told me that the referral would be completed that day per after speaking to Dr Saeed, MD. Today Tuesday, February 11, 2020 I called in because the receiving physician have not received the referral. The receiving physician also stated that their calls and fax went unresponsive. I spoke to Masuta who screamed “that the clinic is not to talk not do anything pertain to me” and hung up on me over and repeatedly. At this point I must take legal action and file a formal complaint on the clinic and staff. This is how they treat the sick and injured.
