The on site staff was incredibly helpful. However, we asked several times how much it would cost as we paid a hefty price to be seen. We were assured numerous times there were no hidden charges or anything of that nature. When we saw the doctor, before any treatment we asked how much it would cost because we did not want a large surprise bill a month later. One month comes around and we receive a bill for a fee that is significant for us and our budget. After calling billing who was of no help I called the office and the person who answered my questions was informative, however based on the fact that we were promised one initial service/price, and received another price entirely I would not recommend going to this urgent care.
