Urgentology CareViridian Medical Park

I needed a COVID test for work and couldn’t find any available. I called Urgentology they didn’t have any appointments available but about 30 minutes later Stephanie called and said someone cancelled, if I could come right away she would get me in. My wait time was minimal and I was seen by a provider after given a negative result who listened my chest and prescribed some meds for what seems to be bronchitis. Love this place, quick and efficient care with a smile and happy to help me! So refreshing!! Thanks to all of you at Urgentology!

Thank you staff for the rapid test. Only negative outcome was that I called 4x via phone and got the same response. The clerk she continues to say we do not have availability call back in two , call back in two hours, and just repeated the same thing. So i finally drove and there was no one or line at the facility . I pulled up outside and call the number on the door. The clerk thing again said you will have to come back in two hours without saying can she add me To a wait list or not. I finally asked her I’ve called four times then she stated okay I’ll try to fit you in. Once registered it took 15 min max. I feel clerk should be more open instead just repeating it will be two hours call back. The clerk did not provide good customer service and for people in need it seemed as clerk was just making an excuse for answering the phones. The panic is serious and we look to medical staff but felt the clerk customer service was horrible.
