The care that my daughter received was ridiculous. She has bad cough, head and chest congestion with green and yellow discharge. She has taken 2 boxes of over the counter medication and it is not helping so we hoped they could give her an antibiotic to help with infection to only be told it’s ALLERGIES… she has been tested for ALLERGIES by an ALLERGIST and was all negative and last time I checked green and yellow discharge are not allergy related. So you pay a $50 copay to supposedly see a SPECIALIST what a joke but of course they swabbed her for COVID and FLU.. so of course she is still sick and we got no where with this place. I will be calling office manager to discuss these matters. Dr was in and out with less than 5 mins to say continue to do what you are doing it’s ALLERGIES…

My son went here for a sinus infection and cough. He was prescribed Amoxicillin and told to take OTC cough medicine. Because it's an Urgent Care facility, he was charged a $70 copay, even with insurance. He's a truck driver and out on the road all week and only home on the weekend. He took all his meds and the sinus infection persists. He called them today to get a stronger antibiotic called in and they said he needed to come back in. He told them he didn't want to pay another copay and they said that's just the way it is and that he'd have to pay. This is BS. They prescribed a BS antibiotic and then want to charge him again when it didn't work. He even contacted a patient advocate to try to get resolution with no help. I recommend you stay away from them.
