Serving as a primary care provider in the West Lake Hills area, Victory Medical, Westlake sees mostly an appointment-driven patient population, however, they may support walk-in patients during certain hours. It appears as though their practice is routinely open 5 days a week at their clinic located at 3811 Bee Caves Rd with today's hours being 9:00AM to 5:00PM. It is certainly best to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, or ask about walk-in availability.

This place sucks. We got a recommendation to see Dr. Keller, a DO family practitioner and Dr. Prajapati, a pediatrician. They are both great doctors and the only time I ever have a positive experience is when we are being seen by them. Prescriptions, forget about it! I have a standing prescription for ADHD and I'm 42. I can only get one month at a time, despite others that I know that get it in a 90 day supply. They require me to come in and get "reevaluated" and drug tested every 3 months and make stupid mistakes like telling me that I have to come in to get reevaluated because its been 3 months, when it has only been 2 months and 3 days. July 29 I got reevaluated(they lost my urinalysis and I had to call back and set up another time to come in and pee, real convenient) and when I called back Oct. 2, they tell me its been 3 months. Bozos-that took me talking to the manager twice to explain to her how months and days work, and that there are about 30 days in each month. As we speak I am on the phone with them and they have continued to screw everything up. I've had at least 8 conversations with them about this one refill and right now they are saying that the doctor has finally signed off on it but the supervising physician has to sign off on it as well, and she's...wait for it - off today. They are always off. This place is terrible and I wish the good doctors would go somewhere else or streamline their awful customer service model. Ain't nobody got time for that!
