Outright lied when scheduling my appointment. They told me it was for counseling when it was in fact just a screening/intake interview. The staff was unhelpful and not friendly. The secretary (??) took a phone call and did not acknowledge me at all for a good 5 minutes before handing me the intake paperwork. The person who was asking the intake questions was listening to music and only half listening. All of this just to tell me they're scheduling a month out and I'll be without medication for two weeks at least. Terrible terrible experience, if I could give zero stars I would.
