Kylie checked me in very pleasant and friendly Jennifer looked at my eye and discovered it was a style not pink eye. Ordered antibiotic and will take if needed And if eye should become more swallow. She recommended hot wash presses 3 times a day.

First, this: the office location was not what I expected, so I wasn't sure quite what I'd find inside. Honestly, nothing bad about the location, but the exterior signage is a bit lacking. Inside, the front desk staff was friendly, efficient, very easy to check in. For the actual medical visit, Dr. Danh was great. Seemed willing to spend time and listen to me, gave me a few recommendations to consider beyond the immediate concern that brought me to the clinic. I can't say I've ever "enjoyed " a visit to a doctor's office or clinic, but this place was a nice surprise. If I didn't already have a primary care provider, I'd definitely consider making this my go-to practice for medical care.

Had some issues when I first came in. I received text to come to appointment but when I arrived they said I couldn’t be seen since o took too long. I stated it had been 15 minutes the time it takes from my house to clinic. Person greeting stated it was too long and now they were short 1 person. I stated I had called them back and was told it was ok to come and why had they said that if they weren’t taking any more people. Finally made it in the door. PA was great had good bedside manners!

It was fabulous. Todd is so knowledgeable and really listens to what I had to say. Gave me wonderful suggestions to deal with my problems . So impressed with him. Wish he were there all the time. The staff is also wonderful. Makes you feel right at home all and all a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care. Best of the best

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care
