Joe Bailey, the PA-C, was very nice to me. He was thorough and sensitive. I liked him a lot. Katie, the MA, was initially nice, but later, when she pulled me into a back room to tell me I have Covid, I saw another side to her. She was angry, impatient with me, she misunderstood something I said because she wasn't listening to me, she got overly defensive when she didn't know the answer to a question I asked, etc., instead of just saying she didn't know. It was clear she didn't want to be around me once she knew I was sick, and she wasn't nice about it (I did have a mask on). But Joe Bailey was excellent. I had been sick for over two weeks by the time I was in there, and he said that I am probably no longer contagious, so I don't know what Katie was so mad about. She needs to improve her "bedside manner".

Friendly Staff

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care, Gig Harbor (KIDS ONLY) - 4700 Point Fosdick Dr
Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Friendly, professional, and very personable I was treated with dignity and respect Anthony the MA was outstanding, very friendly. The professional Gary x-ray tech was quite pleasant, friendly, and also professional. My provider, Lillian was professional and quick. She didn’t draw out the visit. Precise and to the point. She couldn’t read my x-ray, but we’re waiting for the radiologist to look at it. I was hoping to know more before I left, but things like that happen.
