I did not have to wait, they roomed my son and I within 5 min and my doctor was so compassionate and helpful with my concerns with my son. I finally didnt feel like just a number at urgent care. I felt like this urgent care really cared about my concerns as a new mom and showed compassion and comforting behavior to my son. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.
