This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

If one has to be sick this is the fast and friendly initial place to go. Highly recommend

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I came in with a severe flu and they took great care of me. They even offered to turn the lights off when I said it was hurting my eyes. Excellent customer service especially since I came 30 mins until they close.

So impressed with all the staff we interacted with! The person who scheduled our appointment was efficient and friendly, as was the girl who checked us in. The medical staff was outstanding, and our issue was addressed quickly and thoroughly.

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor had asked me if I needed anything as they left. That experience is very uncommon and the place was welcoming.

This location has been very busy so snatching an appointment time was difficult but the process is simple. We where seen quickly. Not much of a wait. My daughter was unable to provide a urine sample and everyone was very patient. I ended up being the one to ask if we should go since it was taking so long and they are very busy. They sent us home with a home kit and we will hopefully be today.

I took my son in for Urgent Care. Even before I got to the clinic, Amber and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and caring, being effective and efficient. Thank you!
