Ran out of prescription meds 2 weeks before my new Primary Care Physician appointment. Went to Indigo Urgent care for help. Stellar staff particularly Medical Assistant Meghan. Walk-in wait time of 1-2 hours turned out to be 20 minutes. Dr. Calvin Yi was super friendly and took great care of me. Wonderful experience! Super grateful and I highly recommend.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Front desk was great, and the tech that took me back was also great. The doctor not so much. I felt rushed, and not a priority. I was not even done with why I was there as it wasn't just cause I was sick. Anyway, not great care. In and out....

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

Scheduling online is easy.  The wait time was long but everything else including the dr was good.

Got in to room pretty quickly. Doctor was fantastic. Total time for visit was about an hour, which included waiting for Covid/flu test result.

Everytime I have to go in or bring my kids in, anything from xrays to basic flu, this team is on it! Friendly. Supportive. Listens. Helpful. Always compassionate!

So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

Staff and nurses were really nice. When it came time for the doctor to come in he seemed nice and had good intentions but his bedside manner wasn't very great. I was in immense pain, and had to drive myself due to it being a weekday. Was under a lot of stress and after doing a quick evaluation he spent quite a while on his computer in silence. Just to lean over a bit later and tell me I needed to go to the ER. He did his job, and didn't do anything outright bad, just felt a bit disconnected from the patient unlike other doctors I had been seen by during previous occasions at the same place.

I’m satisfied with my visit. It was easy to schedule, check in was convenient, staff was very nice and helpful and the care was very good and helpful!  Very encouraging as well, which aides in your belief from your diagnosis to how you proceed in your aftercare!  👍🏾🙏🏿

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
