They simply do not care at all. I needed a $8 test yet she ordered $53 of test knowing Im disabled and have no insurance. I went early and 5 people were seen before me and then after everyone else left who had been seen they said if I wanted to be seen Id have to come back another time. I waited 2 hours for the wrong test to be done (they only did labs), overcharged and not even seen. Then when I called to find out my lab results they utterly refused to give them to me. I have filed a complaint with the HHS. I have a right to my medical information! On another note one of their NPs gave me a medication that the drug company, the prescription bottle and tv ads as well as other medical sites say not to give to type 1 diabetics. I asked her if it was ok since I was type 1 and she said "oh yeh I prescribe it all the time". It almost killed me and now I have heart damage due to the medication.
