I woke up with kidney pain and I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular doctor until the late afternoon, so I decided to go to urgent care. I am so glad I did since I saw a doctor right away there, and I was also able to get a CT scan and Xray and see a urgologist all in the same building right away. I would definitely recommend this provider to friends and family! I’ve been there multiple times also for other issues and it’s been a great experience every time.

My wait time in urgent care was fine. My wait time for a sonogram was about an hour and a half, possibly longer. The staff was very nice and accommodating…overall a good experience.

I woke up at night with strong body aches, chills and a fever. I was able to get a quick appointment and was very pleased with the doctor who was both very thorough and caring. I have great confidence in the WestMed/Summit Health professionals. I highly recommend them.

I was not feeling well through the night. I wanted to make an appointment online. There were a variety of websites for westmed urgent care. One site said two facilities were not open till Tuesday.. on another site said first appointment was at 2:30 . Ended up just walking in and it was all good I was seen within 30 mins. Please clean up the websites .

The doctor forgot about me and then told me I had a 12th rib (everybody does on each side?) and not to worry about it. Totally sub-standard care.

Was in terrible lower back pain which finally had me limping into the Care Center. I was seen within 20 minutes. Support staff (guard) was very kind and took upon himself to get me a wheel chair. X-ray tech very nice. Received a shot that did nothing. I was told because I take Adderall at times and had taken one earlier that day I could not receive Toreadol. So what I did get had no effect. Pain remains excruciating. I was told I could go to ER or come back Monday to receive shot, which I will do. (Navigating a ER is costly and an ordeal I’d rather avoid.) Going to be a long weekend for me! While I do question the decision and read on-line that the small dose of Adderall and never having had any heart problems in my life should not have prevented getting the shot I realize MD was being cautious. All in all I was treated with respect and kindness by most and would recommend the clinic to others (although I need to add that the pain remains as I write this a day later) I will withhold final determination if I can be seen quickly on Monday and receive the shot. And get needed relief. This is an experience I have never had (the lower back pain) and it’s been (no exaggeration) the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life.

Eddie was great; his bedside manner with my grandson was commendable. The doctor was another story. Dr. Peter Stevens was nice enough but he kept repeating the results then sat next to me to again repeat everything and when I asked him about my grandson’s stomach, he took his two fingers to my stomach and pressed down and said yes, it is soft. Who would touch a person who is not the patient like that? Also. I just had major abdominal surgery 2 months ago and still very tender. So, I would suggest you talk to him about his bedside manner. Not good.
