I was very happy with Dr. Andrew Wan. He was able to recognize that my symptoms were to do allergies and not the flu and by changing my treatment plan I am improving.

My recent visit to Westmed in White Plains was nothing short of life saving!!! I came in with a sharp pain in the pelvic area. There was a long wait time, but very helpful and courteous fron desk staff texted me a link to a portal that tracks every patient. It lets you know in real time how many people are ahead of you, so you don't have to sit in the waiting room the entire time. I was examined by Dr. Hubel who immediately noticed a very serious problem with my appendix. This was after I was examined at another very prominent institution in WP earlier that day and they didn't detect anything serious under the CT scan (probably bc the problem was not visible at that time). After the examination by Dr. Hubel, it was already time for the facility to close for the day at 8pm. However, doctor asked the techs at the CT scan station to stay overtime and put me under the scan anyway. This took an hour after drinking the fluid and another hour for test results. These wonderful people and Dr. Hubel stayed the extra 2 hours after the official closing of the business to complete my visit. I was diagnosed with a serious appendicitis and sent to WP hospital emergency to seek further treatment. Thankfully, it all ended very well with a timely operation and removal of my appendix. I have no words to describe how grateful I am for Dr. Hubel, the techs and the front desk at Westmed. I believe this to be a life saving experience and a reminder to myself that greatness in people still exists. A 5-star rating is not nearly enough.

I felt doctor’s mannerism was somewhat dismissive. I think he meant to say not to worry, but felt bit dismissive.

I was experiencing chills and/or sore throat for three straight days. I was a walk in and I was able to see a doctor fairly quickly. Dr Manuel R Esteban-Galindo and his RN Gennifer(?) were very thorough and listened to my questions and answered all of my questions.

HORRIBLE WAIT TIME. I sat in urgent care waiting for FOUR HOURS!!! How can you allow sick people to wait for half a day to get care?? Tons of sick people coughing in the waiting room with no masks on. The nurse was great, but I will not be coming back due to the absurd and DANGEROUS wait time that the doctor caused.

I wasn’t feeling well and to me I hate waiting especially when I am not feeling well. I was called in right away. The check in process was smooth and delightful despite the pain I was in that was a plus for me. the staff all the way from the front and back was but amazing! The Nurse Practitioner I want her as my PCP. She was attentive, she listened and she was patient and extremely kind.. I needed a Cat Scan and that went soo smooth the tech everyone was just Amazing !!
