I actually came in to Nuclear Stress & Rita saw I was having a different problem and immediately took me to Urgent Care. Both Rita & Diana Waxler whom I saw at Urgent Care quickly identified the problem and took good care of me. I'm very grateful to them for their concern & kindness.

Dr. Luke is a terrific doctor, very professional, knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality 👏 The staff in the office, clinical and front desk, all terrific as well. I am a patient of Summit Health / WestMed for many years and it's because of staff like this. Thank you.

Cut my finger this morning. I thought I needed stitches. The doctor was very nice and informed me the bonding glue would suffice. He treated me and I was on my way. I’m very satisfied with my treatment and would highly recommend this facility.

I had laryngitis for a few days and went on line this morning to book an appointment. I had a lot of choices for times. The nurse and doctor were very attentive and thorough.

My only concern was the wait from when the nurse took my vitals until the doctor came in to speak with me. About a half hour and the office was relatively quiet. I had to peek out and see if they forgot I was there

Went to Urgent Care at my Dr's direction. Being quite sick could not fit me into his filled schedule. I have to say I was very impressed with the Care and the Dr. Who took care of me. Took time to listen to problem and took into account previous issue. Gave excellent care sent me for xray. Came back he then explained illness, prescribed appropriate meds. Once reports were available from blood test done, he actually called in the evening to explain results and was prescribing further meds.

Waited 2 hours even with a time reserved. Then was diagnosed with Strep after a not-very definitive test. Was given antibiotics and went home. It is now 4 days later and my symptoms (cough, wheezing, swollen glands, sore throat, fatigue) have all gotten worse. I will not go back to WestMed to wait another 2 hours. I will just stay home and keep missing work (as I have done for 3 days) since whatever this is doesn’t seem to be getting worse…just not going away.2
