If I could give this place zero stars I would. I drove my sister here after falling and spraining her ankle. We made an appointment online and followed ALL of there appropriate procedures. On arrival and at our designated time my sister hopped on one leg as I helped her. She could not put pressure on it. The lady told us we would need to wait in the car. I asked if she had a back room or a chair she could sit in and they nurse said I'm sorry no because of COVID. Totally understandable. As she hopped on one foot out of the building the rug moved from under her and she was launched forward into the glass door. Luckily I caught the door as she fell. Not only was her ankle injured further but the staff sat there and stared at both of us as my sister was laying on the floor. I was able to get her up and into the nearest chair to rest. The nurse then came over and rudely asked us to leave. I helped my sister out and had her wait at the front door. She could not make it back to the car and then back into the building. As we waited outside the nurse then came back AGAIN and with no compassion told us we would need to get back to car. My sister was balling from pain and the complete lack of concern for her wellbeing at this point. Needless to say we left. We are fully aware that accidents happen but the complete lack of empathy, compassion or concern for patients before even stepping foot into the establishment needs to be addressed. In our case not only did my sister show up injured but left injured EVEN WORSE.
