“I recently visited this walk-in clinic. I did try to make an appointment online, but none were available for the time I needed that day. When I arrived, the staff directed me to the computer to check in. The wait felt a little long considering how many people were there at the time. However, once I was called back, the nurse was efficient and took care of everything she needed to do. The PA came in very quickly after that, and the visit moved along smoothly. Overall, once I was seen, the process was prompt and professional.”

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful during check in. Wait time was short. The nurse was extremely caring and sweet. Immediately put me at ease. Dr Shannon was fantastic. Very friendly and thorough. She listened carefully to me describing my symptoms and was very knowledgeable about my diagnosis.  She shared a wealth of helpful information that was very easy to understand.  Overall a very positive experience and great friendly and caring vibe  from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I greatly appreciate feeling taken care of at a time I’m not feeling very good!
