I have been sitting outside of the location for 30 minutes with no answer from me knocking or calling the number. Also the number listed at the front is not in service I had to call directly from the site. Called several times and got no answer or assistance. This would be rated a zero if possible

I was one of many, many people allowed to schedule a COVID test online for Monday, September 6, 2021. This appointment (as well as patients with hopes of fulfilling their test appointments that waited for an hour or longer in a line of cars about 10 deep) was to be at Your Health Lab in Garland, Texas. We all followed all the online instructions, confirmed our appoint through the confirmation text sent this morning, waited around back and called the number listed which was 972-544-1175...exactly as we were instructed to do. After an hour of waiting and calling this number, which was never answered, we discovered no one was ever going to attend to us. Due to the severity of their mistake, which in my case involved a test for my young child, and my deep loathing for incompetency, I did some investigating. The owner is James Geitz and he runs a fly-by-night operation of which there will be reports and investigations. If you were one of the many people affected by this gross lack of professionalism and humanitarianism, you can email him at [email protected]. And to you, Mr. Geitz, I hope you enjoyed your Labor Day as we all sat in our vehicles in 100+ degree heat because your next coming days will not be as enjoyable. I, and many others, intend to report your operation to all boards of which should be providing oversight.

TERRIBLE!!! The app sent me to the Garland Location on Wednesday and when I arrived they said it sends people there when their appt is actually at the Mesquite or Buckner location. She gave me a paper, went ahead and took the sample and then they apparently lost the sample or the results!!! It’s Saturday and my son is very sick and we don’t know if it’s covid and he has asthma too. Had we got results when promised, I would know whether or not to be concerned. Instead, I’m gonna have to take him for testing somewhere else AGAIN!!! Worst and most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had!!!

Set up near a trash dumpster , waited 10 minutes then had to call the number to get someone to come out and administrate the test , results is not back yet after 48 hours , still waiting on my results.
