I saw Veronica for two years. Was one of her first patients. I loved her. She is great in bedside manners and overall personal care. Would recommend her to the world.

Veronica is a great caregiver and I have never had an issue with her personally, but my family and I will never be going back to her office. Her office personnel are very rude and dont know how to properly deal with patients...especially her office manager, Crystal. She is so condescending and smug every time I speak to her. We have been going there for 2 years but we will never go back! I just took my son in for a regular visit which we have done dozens of times before and they tried to charge us twice the usual amount. I got no explanation as to why I had never had to pay that amount before. We also had to wait almost 45 minutes past our appointment time before even being seen (which happens almost every time) and when I said something about it to Crystal, her response to me was that I should be glad we dont have to wait 3-4 hours like other offices. I was so shocked when she said that to me I had to walk out. I can't believe that someone would say that to a patient, especially one that is already upset. The worst part was that she tried to make it sound like the reason I was upset was because I couldn't afford to pay, which is most certainly not the case! They have never had to chase us for money, we have always paid what we owed because the money is not the issue. I would highly recommend staying away from this dysfunctional office.
