It wasn't just that the medical services our insurance company said they provided didn't actually match what they provided. It was the absolute rudeness of staff answering the phones. I was deliberately hung up on because they said I don't even know if you are on the patient's HIPA and I'm not talking to you. She never got my daughter's paperwork, which had already been filled out, to find out if I was indeed on the HIPA paperwork. She had an attitude from the beginning on the call because I questioned the services they were providing. The bottom line is if a medical office can't even provide basic, smart, great patient customer service over the phone, how can you expect them to provide great medical care? Find another place...don't go there!

I have used them 3 times and never had a good experience. The front desk took my money then set it aside. I waited 4 hours and didn't get called until closing time. I had to have emergency surgery, felt awfu,l and they sent me to ER. ER sent me back to Yubacare, who made me wait 2 hours then told me to go back to ER, who again sent me back to Urgentcare. The doctor then yelled at me 'What do I have to do to make you go to the ER? Call an ambulance?' By then, yes he should have. I was too sick to drive. The worst part is that they ordered blood tests and never told me I had Hepatitis C. Why did they order the tests? Why didn't they tell me, treat me or send me to another doctor? I found out months later. And last, all the docs were having some fun after clinic closed. One saw me, and in a disgusted voice made a very unflattering personal comment about my looks. I was skinny. Well, sick people sometimes are skinny. But having a doctor make an uncalled for personal remark in front of others was rude. I will never go back.
