What patients are saying...

Was able to quickly schedule an appointment for my son using the web service. I filled out the papers online, arrived 15 minutes early, but still made to wait 40 minutes past the appointment time to be seen with only 2 other people in the room. Not sure if the appointment time was honored at the facility or other walk-in went ahead of us. 55 minutes is too much wait for an almost empty office with a child in pain. The staff was friendly and office was clean and the diagnosis for my son was quick. Prescription was sent to the pharmacy quickly.

Dr. Chen had the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered. He was arrogant cocky and seemed very angry. I will never go back there. He told me what he thought I had, told me to look it up on line and educate myself. He told me the only thing that would kill me is a heart attack which I wasn’t having. Next time if my dr. Can’t see me I’ll go to the hospital

Hurt my finger so I came in as a walk in to get it checked out. Staff was friendly and considerate.

I had to wait over two hours after I made an appointment. No priority was given to me with an appointment over those who just walked in. The doctor moved extremely slow and it took forever to move through the waiting room. This was the first time I was there and extremely disappointed.

Would have been nice to have a Dr in the urgent care. Instead, I was there an hour and left without knowing what was wrong because the PA didn't know. Not sure what I would ever go back there for.

The “reservation” policy is ridiculous. I would have made other plans if I knew you have your own version of what that means. Either make it walk in only or allow actual reservations to be seen at the time scheduled.  Your front office staff is fabulous. Whatever you pay them they deserve more. 💕

went in with back pain and swollen glands in neck. i reserved an appointment got there for my appointment time and they told me still and hour and half wait. finally got seen and was told i’m just having muscle pain and gave me a paper for infections . sorry but glands don’t swell unless something is wrong wrong and this isn’t the first time i’ve had them tell me one thing and have gone somewhere else and i was extremely sick and ended in hospital. so take ur chance but i wont be back here

I scheduled an appointment online at 10:15. I put in all of my information so that I would not have to do it when I got there but it still  took about 10 to 15 minutes for the receptionist to check me in.  I had to wait an hour and a half even though I made a 1015 appointment. What’s the purpose of scheduling on line if I still have to wait 1 1/2 hours.   I will  not go back.

It was my first time ever using urgent care. Therefore, I can only compare it to a regularly scheduled doctor's office visit. Based on that my ratings are low. Wait time was over an hour and it didn't seem that crowded. The check in process seemed long even though I completed all of the paperwork on line very thoroughly. In the end it wasn't much help and the copay was 25 dollars higher than I pay to see a specialist. I liked that at closing time the entire waiting area was wiped down including door handles and the bathroom. The person was through in wiping everything down.
