I still waiting for my resort’s from Friday my appointment was at 12:10 they did the test around 2:00pm but no resort’s yet! Please let me know how much longer I have to wait thanks.

Requested PCR COVID test needed to travel Wednesday Nov 24. Was requested to be outside all the time. Fill out more forms, additional ti the ones requested in text. Person was supposed to call me, but her call was never received. Finally I was contacted through another phone. After 20/25 Min. Rep took test. I was informed I will receive a call today and an email. Or maybe tomorrow. Did not receive anything today. Hopefully I will have results tomorrow, or I will not be able to board plane.

After going to two other non Med urgent cares with either no X-ray machines or tech working on Sunday was happy to find this location. That had both. Great staff quick and 89 yr old mom was pleased with service.

I just loved going to this urgent care. The staff was friendly and so efficient. The doctor was one of the best doctors I had ever had . The whole experience was really good. My doctor helped me with my situation, and that's really what you go to doctor for.

So far I have been to this facility three times getting Covid tests… Each time I hope I get Victor as he is absolutely amazing… One of his staff members came outside she was absolutely delightful she spoke to me asked me how I was and you don’t get that from a lot of places… Victor is amazing

Not sure what the gentlman name was, I think Ali, who did me and my family's covid test but he was wonderful, very gentle and really walked us through it, thank u for being so kind & making a scary experience much better, especially for my 10yr old.

Was there for a pre-employment drug test I was waiting for over an hour in the waiting room once they called me and it took me 30 seconds to do the drug test don’t believe that they prioritize the need for something that just requires so little to wait so long for in the waiting room at other urgent care facilities I didn’t have to wait that long maybe 15 minutes for preemployment drug testing

My physical therapist Alberto is the best he makes sure that you get maximum support to get you where you need to be he is very supportive kind gentle and easy to work with I would never change him for anything,on a scale of 1-10 I give him a 10 .Overall the staff in general are very knowledgeable and competent I would recommend this Urgent Med to anyone.
