The staff and the doctor were very nice , got seen quickly.

My appointment was originally at 3 but somehow got changed to 2. That meant I would miss more work but i needed the appointmenty appointment. I was told to be there at 1:45. Out of consideration for the staff and other patients I left work at 1 so I could be on time. I arrived at 135 only to find a sign on the door that they were at lunch. Come back at 215. Nice. So I missed an extra half hour of work to sit around twiddling my thumbs. If I had not liked the doctor so much I would have been furious when it was all said and done. I guess when you have a good doctor on staff you can be inconsiderate of the patient's time. The least they could have done was inform me they bumped my appointment to 215.

Woke up with a canker sore. Walked in and checked in quickly. Staff was very friendly and was an overall pleasant visit.

Had a great experience took my granddaughter to urgent care and the staff and doctor was very friendly and the facility was really clean didn’t wait that long .

Had to take my grandson to Urgent Care because his collar bone was injured and wanted to see if collar bone was broken. The staff was nice and patients

I booked an appointment for an ear infection. I came in & was greeted with care. Seen the doctor was treated with the best care!! Got my ear flushed, meds & I was on my way. All in a timely manner!! First time here & I loved it!

I was in urgent care for a stye infection, the wait wasn’t bad for not having an appointment, the doctor who saw me kept her distance as if I was going to contaminate her. Didn’t even check by eye, stood at a distance! any other professional doctor would have, checked the area! She only sent me away with prescriptions, which thank goodness is helping.

All was fine except for a few small issues:  1) there was one health issue that still needs a follow-up; 2) the doctor ordered a prescription for me for aspirin, though he knows I'm ALREADY taking aspirin--AND he didn't tell me he was going to do that!

My appointment today was initially at 2pm. However, at 12:07pm I received a call stating that they overbooked for 2pm and for me to come in at 3:00pm. I arrived at 2:40pm just to see a note on the door that said they are out for lunch at 3:30pm. So, I left came back at 3:37pm is when I checked in. At approx 3:45pm I paid my copay and was called to the back. The medical assistant was wonderful as well as the receptionist. By 3:50pm I was in a room. Now, my problem is the nurse practitioner that was there today. I don’t know what her issue was with me but she refused to see me. I came out of my room at 4:12pm, 4:30pm and 4:50pm each time I would ask the medical assistant and receptionist where is the doctor at. When it hit 5pm I was so pissed off because the nurse practitioner saw every other patient but stayed in her office. She needs to be fired for patient neglect especially since I have numerous complaints and problems going on with me I left work early and trying to get time off of work and explain what I been going through and the nurse practitioner neglected me. That woman literally saw every other patient but me. I felt away and wanted to cry. Providers need to understand having a patient wait to long will cause them to get angry and I refused to want to be seen by a physician assistant who purposely delayed to see me or speak with me. I did not disrespect her nor the staff to be treated how I was today. If this lady continues to work at the office please flag my account I do not ever want to see that physician again she has been the worst provider that I ever encountered at AME Medical group. I received no care or no help to my needs or problems and I am still furious. I do not recommend this doctor. She seems to be insecure within herself to cause me more emotional distress when I am already dealing with a lot.
