Picked up my son from school and notices his eyes were red, later on his body was red. Took him to urgent and he was taken care off and prescribed medicine to help with the allergic reaction

I went in having an appointment I waited to much compared to other clinics I have visited when you have appointment also I took my son and there was not a doctor available to see him . This is not acceptable.

Everything was simple and the staff was very nice.

A lot of urgent cares don’t take Medical anymore so I am BEYOND grateful that I was able to come into this urgent care and be attended. The service was rather good on their wait time, but I did go being the only other patient there so I don’t know how much the wait time is when it’s full. Regardless, getting sick nowadays and struggling to find health care is unfortunately a common thing so I am beyond grateful to have been attended so my illness did not worsen.

I was able to schedule an appointment to urgent care. I went in early and it was not crowded at all. It was easy to fill out the paperwork too. The longest wait time was once I got in the room, but the doctor apologized. I had the cotton tip of a q tip inside my left ear. At the doctor explained a couple of options and made no guarantees. But him and his assistant got the the cotton out of my ear within seconds. This visit was great!

Woke up this morning with my forearm and hand swollen was able to book an appointment same day but at the AME urgent care in Lynnwood. The facility itself looks rundown and would not meet city codes if they were to have an inspection. The check in was easy as I did pre-paperwork online and scanned insurance card and DL that was no problem. However, when I got there, the doctor who looked very young did not give sufficient professional opinion. I was the one coaxing and directing the doctor on things to ask me and tell me. I felt he lacked experience and I had to keep telling him what he should do. The doctor then looked at me and asked and told me that I looked unsatisfied or I looked like I had questions. Turns out I have carpal tunnel & not once did he touch my hand or forearm to diagnose. I then started telling him can’t you give me something for my swollen hand and he said sure what would you like? I then told him I don’t know you are the doctor! Finally, the doctor kept staring at me and just told me it looks like you’re unsatisfied. This doctor did not know how to conclude an appointment and say OK this is what you’re gonna do for home care after visit care until you see your primary. I had to say do I put hot or cold compresses? For the $50 that I paid as my co-pay, I would like my money back because I still have a swollen hand and I don’t have my prescription yet. I will not be recommending this place to anybody.

Went in for skin irritation and a muffled ear. The staff seemed like they were in chaos mode but the person who took my BP and stuff was super sweet and calmed my nerves a bit. The doctor kept talking over me and still ignored what I was trying to explain to him and just prescribed something and said good luck if it doesn’t go away go to your family doctor. When they sent my prescription it never made it to the cvs and I have to wait 4 days to get my medication.

Everything went flawless and visit was super fast ! Doctor was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my son accurately and listened to all my concerns and answers all my questions . Staff was extremely friendly too.

Doctor Bailey is a great guy! He’s straight forward and has a plan for you. You can tell he cares about his patients and loves what he’s does! Solid dude.
