My son dislocated his middle finger and we needed to get him treated right away.  The check-in process was very easy and quick.  He was seen right away.  The staff was extremely friendly and helped him calm down.  The procedure was quick and successful.

I woke up feeling unwell and with a fever that kept rising, so went to Apex since it is convenient to my house. Even without an appointment, I still did not have an excessive wait time. Every member of the staff was very friendly and didn’t act rushed while working with me. After I was diagnosed, my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy right away so that I could pick them up quickly. I would definitely go back to this location for any urgent care needs.

Amna is an amazing staff member who attended to my needs and administered phenomenal treatment. I am glad I chose to come to Apex Urgent Care.

Everyone was so nice and professional. The xray technician could have been more friendlier.

I have been here a couple times with my family for various issues and have always paid my normal copay of $40. This time I was told I needed to pay my deductible of $155 which was very confusing. I asked the front desk attendant to explain and he said this was a new policy since Jan.  I have been there since Jan and paid $40. This seems strange as I have great insurance. So after wasting 30 Mins filling out all of the intake forms, I left and went across the street to another provider and paid my normal co pay of $40.  I spend a fortune on insurance, therefore paying another $155 out of pocket seemed excessive. Sadly we won’t be back- which is a shame as this was a great alternative to an ER or waiting for an appt with the PCP. The Dr has always been great.

Check in guy was nice, Nurse assistant was nice but the Nurse Practitioner was trash. Her attitude was unacceptable and I did not like the fact that she stereotyped me when she didn’t know my situation. She was hard on workers for no reason.

The scheduling is fine as expected .rhe check in had a few computer system glitch but the front desk staff was polite and professional and that made it easy. The lady who called us back and took the VS was a different story. She was not polite and caring and  the aura she showed was that she seems not wanting to be there to work. No ID whatsoever . She did not even introduce herself and we don’t know what’s her role in the office. The provider was polite and  attentive.

Staff were great! Nurse Practitioner was great with good bedside manner. Scheduling was a breeze and wait time was good. I would recommend Apex at this location.

The bedside manner could have been better . The staff is not friendly nor do they show empathy to their patients. Once the physician left the patient’s room, I can hear him saying “ he had so many cuts”.  Now, while I’m not sure who he was relating that information to but my concern is if the actual patient he treated with stitches heard him I’m sure other patient’s may have as well. This is my second visit at that urgent care and the beside manners on both visits were the same. Would not return to that urgent care facility.
