I came in with an upper respiratory issue and was seen pretty quickly. Every thing was good. It's not my first time to use them and every time has been a good experience.

maybe they were busy today (after holidays is understandable). i felt like they were rushed and trying to get patients in and out. the interactions were fast and hard for me to keep up, and it seemed like they were wondering why i was there. they deserve grace for working with folks post-holiday, and hopefully future visits don't feel as rushed, when i wanted to see if what i was doing to manage symptoms at home was accurate and not completely the wrong thing to do. i intend to continue using baptist health urgent care due to success in the past; they get a pass and grace today due to holiday stress.
