What patients are saying...

Everything was fine, even the lengthy weight, but the receptionist was terrible. Discouraged me from checking in because the weight would be “too long“. Let patients know she would be leaving at 6 PM no matter what. Complained out loud about having to check more people in at a late hour.   I don’t want to go back.  Sad because everything else was fine.

Love being able to set an appt for the next day after hours.  Wait time was a little long, but they were busy.  Very kind staff, nurses and drs.

The diagnosis was accurate. My prescription was not sent to the pharmacy we agreed on. This caused a delay in receiving my medicine by a day. I would suggest in getting a written prescription to avoid a unnecessary trip to the wrong pharmacy or a closed pharmacy.

After an injury at the gym I scheduled an appointment online. The scheduling process was easy, check in was great, and the staff were so friendly and had great bedside manner. The APRN on staff was so attentive and seemed as if she really cared. Great place, definitely would go back if the need arose.

All the staff was very friendly and courteous; however, if you offer the opportunity of scheduling an appointment, having to wait almost 2 hours to be seen is not very respectful of my time.

I wasn’t feeling well but this team really worked to ensure that I felt confident in my care. They helped me to remember critical details about my health that I had forgotten because of my state of illness. It’s important to get the appropriate care and this team really took the time to ask all the right questions. Very proud of their work so far.

This office is always great! The staff is friendly and the APN’s are wonderful! This is close to my house and when I am unable to get to Little Rock to see PCP or if he has no appointments I come to you! I love having such a great quality clinic in my area! I cannot remember the names of all the staff today but everyone was fabulous!!

Had injured my finger and my boss allowed me to leave work to go urgent care and have it looked at. Made an appt for 9:15. At 9:50 I was Still waiting in the lobby and kindly asked the desk clerk if she could give me an idea of remaining wait time so I could Advise my boss of a new idea of when I’d be back in the office, and made sure to preface my inquiry by saying I was In no way trying to be impatient or complain but I needed To let my boss know since it was going to be much later than I’d originally planned.  The desk clerk was incredible rude and defensive and was not helpful at all. She told me there was only one NP on staff and all the rooms were full so they could see me when they could see me. I tried to follow up and reassure her she had mistake my motivation behind asking and repeated my need for a ballpark of the wait time and she basically just repeated her first response and said they’d get me back when they got a free room. She was very inconsiderate of the fact that I had Schedule an appointment and had not been advised any idea of how far past that time it would me. Also did not seem to care that I was Trying to be nice and understanding that they were busy. I assumed if it’s an office that took appointments they could give me a ball park of what the wait time was looking like for me since according to the wait list I could see I had been the next in line for over 40 min. However she was incredibly dismissive and condescending towards me and acted like I had done something offensive by kindly inquiring about this.  The remaining staff was very kind and helpful. However I will Not be returning to this location given the rudeness of the front office staff. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a desk clerk at an urgent care office.
