I was able to make a quick appointment for 1pm. They said be there by 12:45pm which I was and I finally got seen at 2pm. Waiting if so long and the staff move very slow like their jobs aren’t important. Check-in was also easy and quick.

Checking -in was terrible, some staff members are horrible, I had appointment and still waited an hour and a half. The Doctor on duty was very unprofessional. I arrive there and left and my son did not get no care at all and he was truly sick as a dog. So unhappy with the service here and I’ve been coming here for years had to go to Children’s Hospital and got the best care ever.

They mixed me up with a different patient twice. I am unsure how you could mistake me for someone else after I confirmed my name three times. She then asked me if I was here for xyz which I told her I was not. She then went out of the room and brought me to a different room and apologized for the confusion but then came back into the room and called me someone else’s name.

So when I got to the back into the room I waited for the doctor. She came in ( don't know her name ) but she was a African American doctor. When she came in she kicked her chair over to the other side & stood in front of the sink. She asked me why I was there & I told her. I asked her if she was ok because it seemed like she had an attitude or something was wrong. She came in the room as if I came there for no reason at all. As if she wanted to say " why are you here" or as if I was wasting her time. If I feel like something is wrong with me why wouldn't I go there or waste my time even going. That's not my first time being there & usually I have a good visit but this one was not good at all.
