My appointment went great. I was supposed to get a prescription called in but it hasn’t been called in yet. I was told hours ago that it would be ready? Other than that everything went perfectly!

Went well, she was friendly. I am just waiting for my doctors note.

Doctor did not care. Told me “I don’t know what you want me to do on a video call. You clearly need to see this kind of doctor.” I asked for a referral to that specific type of doctor, “I can’t help you there, I don’t know if that’s what you need. Go to an emergency room. We’re not emergency care.” Ok, so you’re my primary? “We’re not primary care. We provide emergency care.” Yeah great, thanks for not a dang thing. Horrible disgusting experience. Not a bit of “care” from them. Update following review response: There was no misunderstanding or miscommunication as far as the scope of service or referral other than the provider not be clear as to whether or not they were an urgent care or not. For the record, two emergency rooms have sent me home advising this should have been addressed via my virtual urgent care appointment to prevent a potential public health crisis. Would not recommend!!

Staff was awesome and I didn't feel judged about my visit. She actually understood the situation which helped me relax.

Awesome provider. She was very intelligent and considerate. Was seen very quickly.

First, we started going by Nex care in Elizabeth city and they did not have a doctor on site,  a complete waste of my time and my son is still sick without medicine. And the staff was very rude. And the staff were very rude. Kind of ridiculous for urgent care to not have a care physician. They told us we had to do a Tele visit. Well an hour later did the tele conference and all they told me is, they could not evaluate my son over the phone. A complete waste of my time and my son is still sick without medicine. I hope to God they don’t try to charge my insurance for this one minute visit just tell us that they cannot help us.

Outstanding Patient Experience . My NP Amanda was incredible. Acknowledgeable, Compassionate, Efficient and Funny, she understood my needs completely. Superb examination and diagnosis. The check in experience on the app was flawless and self explanatory. I would highly recommend this provider for virtual appointments.
