This is my first time taking my dad to Preferred urgent care and I was amazed of the the service that was given to my dad. My dad’s Physial assistant was Ms Kim, she was so nice and kind, assess my dad’s condition and treated him right away with no hesitation at his condition, he was so hydrated from not being able to eat or drink like he normally should. Diane was so experience with administer the ivy with one stroke, no bruising or anything to try to find his vein, Yolanda was so nice and helpful from helping me with the paper work, and Michelle was also kind, friendly and gentle when taking my dad’s vital sign. The office and everything in this facility is so clean and the staffs are so wonderful, I would highly recommend this urgent care to any one that need treatment. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for treating my dad with great care and attention to his needs.

The wait time is not a problem but the price for test and when you are able to get your pcr test results was not accurate.
